Service Notice & Time Guidelines
Our obligation is to return the property to a 5-star hospitality standard, regardless of the time required to complete the service.
Any estimated times provided on our website, booking system, or in communications are guidelines only and may vary depending on property condition, occupancy, length of stay, and additional service requirements. We do aim to work within these time ranges; however, there may be exceptions in certain cases, including longer stays, higher occupancy, heavy soiling, additional beds, or full reset requirements. Please review the sections below for guidance on when additional time and charges may apply.

Standard Turnover Clean (Short Stay)
This applies to short stays, typically one to three nights, with light to moderate use.
Our standard clean and quoted rates apply to a Standard Turnover Clean only. Where additional time is required beyond the typical time ranges below, we may apply a flat-rate surcharge or charge £25.00 plus VAT per additional hour.
Typical Time Guide (1 to 2 cleaners)
Studio or 1 Bedroom: 1.0 to 1.5 hours
2 Bedrooms: 1.5 to 2.0 hours
3 Bedrooms: 2.5 to 3.0 hours
4 Bedrooms: 4.0 to 4.5 hours
5 Bedrooms: 4.5 to 5.0 hours
Extra Bathrooms
An additional charge of £25.00 per extra bathroom will apply, plus VAT at the prevailing rate.
Includes
Bathrooms cleaned and sanitised
Kitchen surface and appliance wipe-down
Bed change and linen swap
Floors vacuumed and or mopped
Bins removed
Surface sanitisation
Final presentation and quality control check

Extended Stay / Heavy Use Clean
This applies to longer stays, typically seven nights or more, higher occupancy, multiple beds, pets, contractors or builders, or visible heavy use.

Studio or 1 Bedroom: 2.0 to 3.0 hours
2 Bedrooms: 3.0 to 4.0 hours
3 Bedrooms: 4.0 to 5.5 hours
4 Bedrooms: 5.5 to 7.0 hours
5 Bedrooms: 7.0 to 8.5 hours
Where the service exceeds the standard turnover allowance, we may apply a flat-rate surcharge or charge £25.00 plus VAT per additional hour, depending on property condition and scope of work.

Grease build-up removal in kitchens
Spot wall and door cleaning
Heavy floor scrubbing
Additional linen handling

2 Bedrooms: 3.0 to 4.0 hours

5 Bedrooms: 7.0 to 8.5 hours

This applies where guests have stayed for two weeks or more and the property requires a full kitchen and appliance reset.

2 Bedrooms: 5.0 to 6.5 hours
3 Bedrooms: 6.5 to 8.0 hours
4 Bedrooms: 8.0 to 10.0 hours
5 Bedrooms: 10.0 to 12.0 hours
Extended and reset cleans may be subject to a flat-rate surcharge or charged at £25.00 plus VAT per hour beyond any quoted allowance.

Full oven, hob, and extractor degrease
Fridge and freezer clean, internal and external
Washing and sanitising all pots, pans, utensils, and kitchenware
Internal cupboard and drawer wipe-down
Heavy bathroom descaling
Deep floor scrubbing
Full linen reset
Waste removal

Pricing, Linen & Access
Any discounted rates, bundled services, or complimentary services are provided as a commercial courtesy and may be reviewed, amended, or withdrawn with reasonable notice.
Linen is charged per item and subject to supplier availability and cost changes. Lost, heavily stained, or damaged linen beyond fair wear and tear may be chargeable.
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and uninterrupted access to the property at the scheduled service time. Delays caused by late check-outs, guest presence, or access issues may result in reduced service scope, rescheduling, or additional charges.

Reporting & Quality Control
We may provide before-and-after photographic reports for internal quality control and client transparency. These images remain the property of Cleaning Solutions Bristol Ltd unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & Booking Changes
Cancellations or changes must be made with reasonable notice. Late cancellations or same-day changes may be subject to a charge to cover staffing, scheduling, and operational costs.
Liability & Property Care
While every reasonable care is taken, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unsecured or fragile items, or items not disclosed prior to service. Clients are responsible for ensuring valuables and fragile items are safely stored before cleaning commences.
Complimentary Services
Where provided, complimentary or value-added services may include calendar and booking management for managed portfolios, linen drop-off and collection, storage and handling of client items, multi-platform scheduling coordination, before-and-after photo reporting, and priority support or ad-hoc operational assistance. These services are provided at our discretion and may be amended or withdrawn with reasonable notice.
