Airbnb Welcome Pack Questions
Do the listed prices include VAT?
No. All listed guest arrival package prices exclude VAT.
How much notice is required?
Packages should be requested before guest check in with enough notice for stock to be prepared and delivered. Larger, corporate or personalised orders may require additional notice.
Can I order a welcome pack without booking cleaning?
Standalone delivery may be available depending on the property location, package value and team availability. Contact the team to confirm.
Can packages be customised?
Standard package contents are fixed for consistency. Additional requested products can be arranged through the Pre Arrival Shopping and Stocking Service.
How is the Guest Toiletry Collection priced?
The Guest Toiletry Collection costs £4.95 plus VAT per two king or double beds. Larger properties require additional packs according to the number of beds.
Do you supply firewood with the Fireside Experience?
No. The Fireside Experience includes marshmallows, toasting skewers, hot chocolate, biscuits and conversation cards. Firewood must be supplied by the property owner or guest.
Can you create a bespoke retreat or celebration package?
Yes. Bespoke guest experiences can be arranged for couples retreats, solo wellness stays, birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, family stays and corporate bookings, subject to notice and availability.
Can you support multiple Airbnb properties?
Yes. Package planning can be arranged for property managers, accommodation providers and landlords operating multiple properties.
Can you purchase specific groceries for guests?
Yes. The Pre Arrival Shopping and Stocking Service costs £20.00 plus VAT, in addition to the cost of the requested goods.
